Your Documents and Scans

• All scanned documents and PDFs are stored locally on your device
• We do not upload, transmit, or access your scanned documents
• You have full control to delete your data at any time through the app or by uninstalling

Camera Access

• The app requires camera access to scan documents
• Camera data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to any server
• No images are captured or stored without your explicit action

App Preferences

• Settings like scan quality, default file format, and organization preferences are stored locally
• These preferences never leave your device

Purchase Information

• If you purchase premium features, transactions are processed securely by Apple through the App Store
• We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information
• Apple may share a transaction receipt with us to verify your purchase status

Analytics & Crash Reporting

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to help us improve the app. These services collect:

• Anonymous app usage events (e.g., which features are used)
• Crash reports and performance data
• Basic device information (device model, OS version)

Important: This data is completely anonymous and does not include your scanned documents or any identifiable information. We use this solely to fix bugs and improve the app experience.

Advertising

The app uses Google AdMob to display personalized ads to support our free features. Google AdMob may collect:

Since all data remains on your device, security is maintained through your device's built-in protections, including passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.
