1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Xchange ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Xchange is a mobile application that allows users to:

4. User Accounts

Xchange does not require user accounts or registration. The app functions entirely on your device without the need for login credentials.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free Features

The app offers limited free functionality with basic currency conversions.

5.2 Xchange Pro Subscription

• Pro subscriptions unlock additional features including more currencies, historical data, and an ad-free experience
• Subscriptions are available as weekly or yearly plans
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

5.3 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Renewal price equals the current subscription price

5.4 Managing Subscriptions

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription term

5.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will take effect at your next renewal, and you will be notified in advance.

6. Advertising

The free version of Xchange displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob to support the app's development and maintenance. By using the free version, you agree to view these advertisements.

• Ads may be personalized based on your interests and app usage
• You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings
• Pro subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience

7. Exchange Rate Disclaimer

8. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use the app to:

• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the app's functionality
• Use the app for any illegal purposes
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws
